What PackOnce stores

PackOnce stores the saved lists, trips, sections, items, quantities, and preferences you create. This information is kept on your device so the app continues to work without an internet connection.

When iCloud is available, Apple may keep a private copy of this information in your iCloud account so it can stay up to date across your Apple devices. PackOnce does not use a public database, and the developer does not use your list contents for advertising, analytics, or profiling.

What PackOnce does not collect

PackOnce does not ask you to create an account. It does not include advertising, third-party analytics, tracking technology, or a custom online service. It does not collect your location, contacts, calendar, photos, or travel plans.

Purchases

Lifetime access is purchased through Apple. Apple handles your payment information. PackOnce receives only the information needed to confirm whether lifetime access is available, including changes such as a refund or revoked purchase. PackOnce does not receive your card or bank details.

Sharing

PackOnce shares a list only when you choose a Share action. Apple's share sheet lets you decide where it goes. The service or person you choose to share with is responsible for the copy you send under their own privacy practices.

Diagnostics

PackOnce does not add an analytics or crash-reporting service. Apple may make limited diagnostic information available to developers according to your device privacy settings and Apple's policies. Packing-list contents are not intentionally included in diagnostics.

Support communications

If you choose to email support, we receive the email address, message, and device or system details you decide to include. We use that information only to answer your request and troubleshoot PackOnce. We do not sell it or use it for advertising or marketing. We normally delete support correspondence within 24 months after the request is resolved, unless a legal, security, or dispute-related need requires a longer period. You may request earlier deletion by emailing us.

Website visits

This website does not add advertising cookies or analytics. Hosting and network providers may process basic request and security information, such as an IP address, browser details, requested page, and time, to deliver and protect the site. We do not use that information to profile visitors or market to them.

Keeping and deleting your information

You can delete trips, saved lists, sections, and items in PackOnce. A deletion made while offline is sent to iCloud when it becomes available.

Deleting PackOnce removes its local information from that device. Copies may remain in your private iCloud storage or on another device until Apple completes synchronization. You can manage apps that use iCloud in your device's iCloud settings. Purchase records are retained by Apple under Apple's policies.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask about, access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information we control, and to complain to your local privacy authority. PackOnce list and trip data is not accessible to us; you control it in the app and through your Apple iCloud settings. For support correspondence or another privacy request, email us and we will respond as applicable law requires.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for information we control, although no method is completely secure. Support and website-service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate, subject to their contractual and legal safeguards.

Children's privacy

PackOnce does not knowingly request or collect personal information from children. The app has no account system, advertising, or social features.

Changes to this policy

If PackOnce's privacy practices change, this page will be updated with a new effective date. Material changes will be explained clearly.
